So in the hours I've been sitting here breastfeeding, I've logged some serious time watching the Food Network. Today I was inspired to make beef stew (the old Set it and Forget it Slow Cooker) and chocolate cake. Too bad trying to do all of this while holding Lucy in the Baby Bjorn does not mean my cake is bound to end up on the cover of Gourmet. See photos, and Lucy's reaction when I showed her the cake.
